Constitutional policies regarding the House of Representatives

Okay, this is the last of the constitutional policies regarding the House of Representatives:

When vacancies happen in the Representation from any state, the executive authority thereof shall issue writs of election to fill such vacancies.

The House of Representatives shall choose their speaker and other officers; and shall have the sole power of impeachment.

this one doesn’t need much translation. If a vacancy happens, there will be a declaration issued that calls for an election for that particular seat. The rest is internal policies about the appointment of the Speaker of the House and grants the House their right to impeach.
